Artwork Guidelines:

• Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
• Color Space: CMYK
• Resolution: 150dpi (sufficient for large format)
• Max File Upload Size: 300MB
• Submit artwork built to actual size (scaled artwork is auto-adjusted)
• Do not include crop marks or bleeds
• Double-sided products must be uploaded as two separate files

Additional Tips:

• Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors – Convert to CMYK
• Convert live fonts to outlines
• Use provided design templates when available

Turnaround Time:

Our production cut-off time is at 1pm Monday–Friday. Turnaround begins once file upload is complete. Our turnaround times refer solely to production.

Shipping Notice:

• Banners 89" or larger (shortest side) are folded for shipping
• Banners 88" or smaller (shortest side) are rolled
