Foam Board is a delicate material primarily designed for indoor applications, excelling in settings such as presentations on easels or as wall signage. Its lightweight and versatile nature make it an excellent choice for temporary displays and presentations where portability and ease of use are key.

    • 5mm White Foamcore - $6.00 per ft²
    • 10mm White Foamcore - $10.00 per ft²
  • Contour Cut: Available – +$2.00 per ft²
  • Print: Direct UV printed, 4/0 and 4/4
  • Product Attributes:
    • Maximum size 48" x 96” (store pickup only for size over 48" x 38")
    • Indoor use only. Not waterproof
    • Featherlight, rigid
    • Usage: Indoor poster signs, presentation boards

File Setup:

  • Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
  • Color Space: CMYK
  • Resolution: 150dpi for raster images
  • Max File Upload Size: 300MB
  • Submit artwork built to ordered size (scaled artwork is auto-adjusted)
  • Do not include crop marks or bleeds

Additional Tips:

  • Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors – Convert to CMYK
  • Convert live fonts to outlines
  • Use provided design templates when available

Turnaround Time:
Our production cut-off time is at 1pm Monday–Friday.
Turnaround starts from the time the file upload is complete.
