GatorFoam is a rigid, durable alternative to standard foamcore, featuring an extruded polystyrene core reinforced with melamine and wood fiber veneer. This added strength makes it significantly more robust than traditional foam boards. UV printing ensures vibrant, long-lasting graphics, making it ideal for a wide range of indoor display applications.

    • 3/16" White GatorFoam - $10.00 per ft²
    • 1/2" White GatorFoam - $15.00 per ft²
  • Contour Cut: Available - +$2.00 per ft²
  • Print: UV printed adhesive vinyl (mounted), 4/0 and 4/4
  • Product Attributes:
    • Maximum size: 48" x 96” (Sizes over 48" x 38" – Store Pickup Only)
    • Indoor use only – Not waterproof
    • Reinforced faces for strength and durability vs regular Foamcore

File Setup:

  • Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
  • Color Space: CMYK
  • Resolution: 150dpi for raster images
  • Max File Upload Size: 300MB
  • Submit artwork built to ordered size (scaled artwork is auto-adjusted)
  • Do not include crop marks or bleeds

Additional Tips:

  • Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors – Convert to CMYK
  • Convert live fonts to outlines
  • Use provided design templates when available

Turnaround Time:
Our production cut-off time is at 1pm Monday–Friday.
Turnaround starts from the time the file upload is complete.
Our turnaround times refer solely to production.
