Standard Retractable Banner Stands are lightweight, affordable, and perfect for on-the-go displays. The compact aluminum base features rotating feet for stability and tucks neatly into a padded carrying bag. Graphics are printed in full color on curl-free UV fabric with gray blockout backing, or you can choose classic 13oz matte vinyl. Quick to set up and easy to store—just retract the graphic into the base when you're done.

File Setup:

  • Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
  • Color Space: CMYK
  • Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
  • Max File Upload Size: 300MB
  • Submit artwork built to ordered size - Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
  • Do not include crop marks or bleeds

Additional Tips:

  • Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
  • Convert live fonts to outlines
  • Use provided design templates when available

Our production cut-off time is at 1pm Monday–Friday. Turnaround starts from the time the file upload is complete. Our turnaround times refer solely to production.
