Car magnets are printed on high-quality 30 mil magnetic material with a smooth surface for vibrant, full-color output. Direct UV printed with a long-lasting matte finish that resists fading and wear, they're quick to apply, remove, clean, and reapply — ideal for vehicle signage, temporary job-site branding, and other quick-change environments. Available in custom sizes with square or rounded corners.

Important Notes
  • Some newer vehicles use non-magnetic materials such as aluminum or plastic — verify your surface is magnet-receptive before ordering.
  • For best results, allow the magnet to fully adhere to the surface overnight before driving to avoid detachment.

File Setup:

  • Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
  • Color Space: CMYK
  • Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
  • Max File Upload Size: 300MB
  • Submit artwork built to ordered size - Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
  • Do not include crop marks or bleeds

Additional Tips:

  • Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
  • Convert live fonts to outlines
  • Use provided design templates when available

Turnaround Time: 2-3 days
