2-Way Stretch Tension Fabric is a versatile, dye sublimated material ideal for custom installations. Commonly used in trade show displays and table throws, this fabric stretches to conform to curves and corners, creating a smooth, wrinkle-free finish when pulled over hardware. Perfect for achieving clean, tensioned visuals with a professional look.

  • Material: Dye Sublimated 8.8 oz. Tension Fabric (2-way stretch polyester)
  • Print Options: Single sided only
  • Max Size: 90" x 100'
  • Hems: Double stitched with white or black thread (based on graphic)
  • Optional Materials: #2 Brass grommets (Stimpson), 1" or 2" sewn-on Velcro
  • Optional Finishing: Pole Pockets, Hems, Heat Knife Cut, Grommets, Velcro

Artwork Guidelines:

  • Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
  • Color Space: CMYK
  • Resolution: 150dpi (sufficient for large format)
  • Max File Upload Size: 300MB
  • Submit artwork at full size — scaled artwork will be auto-fit
  • Do not include crop marks or bleeds
  • Double-sided products must be submitted as two files if applicable

Additional Tips:

  • Convert all spot colors and Pantones to CMYK
  • Outline all fonts
  • Use provided design templates when available

Turnaround Time: Our production cut-off time is at 1pm Monday–Friday. Turnaround begins once the file upload is complete. Turnaround times refer solely to production and do not include shipping transit time.
