Our Aluminum Sandwich Boards feature two corrosion-resistant aluminum sheets bonded to a durable polyethylene core. At 1/8" thick, they’re compatible with most display stands and ideal for both indoor and long-term outdoor use. Graphics are UV printed directly onto the surface and finished with a UV coating for added scratch resistance.

  • Print: UV printed adhesive vinyl (mounted), 4/0 and 4/4
  • Product Attributes:
    • Maximum size 48" x 96”
    • Minimum size 3" x 4"
    • Store pickup only for sizes over 48" x 38"

File Setup:

  • Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
  • Color Space: CMYK
  • Resolution: 150dpi for raster images
  • Max File Upload Size: 300MB
  • Submit artwork built to ordered size (scaled artwork is auto-adjusted)
  • Do not include crop marks or bleeds

Additional Tips:

  • Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors – Convert to CMYK
  • Convert live fonts to outlines
  • Use provided design templates when available

Our production cut-off time is at 1pm Monday–Friday.
