Clear Adhesive Vinyl is a 4mil clear PVC film with a clear permanent adhesive backing, ideal for transparent, flat surface applications such as windows, glass doors, and acrylic panels.

Printed in-house on the Canon M5 with UV gel ink, this material offers strong adhesion and is best suited for long-term installations (not repositionable). We also offer white ink printing on clear vinyl, allowing for vibrant, layered designs and creative visual effects—perfect for both subtle and bold branding.

File Setup:

  • Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
  • Color Space: CMYK
  • Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
  • Max File Upload Size: 300MB
  • Submit artwork built to ordered size – Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
  • Do not include crop marks or bleeds

Additional Tips:

  • Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors – Convert to CMYK
  • Convert live fonts to outlines
  • Use provided design templates when available

Turnaround Time:
Our production cut-off time is at 1pm Monday–Friday.
